Saturday, April 5th at 10am, The Farm Institute. Join us to celebrate the release of The Martha’s Vineyard Cookbook: 100 Recipes from the Island’s Restaurants, Farmers, Fishermen & Food Artisans by Julia Blanter! We’ll have a recipe demo from the cookbook with Jeisook Thayer of MV Kimchee, where you’ll learn to make kimchi from scratch (vegan and alpha-gal friendly) and put the finishing touches on your own jar of kimchi to take home! Each participant will also receive a copy of the book included in the ticket price.
